We specialize in testing coffee in its various forms. This group of experienced professionals collectively has decades of experience in the analysis and professional tasting of coffee.
Clients include some of the largest coffee importers, roasters, and retailers in the U.S. Some use Coffee Analysts’ services occasionally to confirm results from their labs, while others entrust CA to perform all the necessary information to manage their quality control program. The analytical and sensory testing facility is state-of-the-art and equipment is constantly updated. Objective results (not always possible if the tester has a vested interest or if tests are performed in-house) are provided, enhancing the quality of client’s coffee products and services.
Coffee Analysts can assist at any level of the process:
- Development of blend profiles and setting of standards
- Physical and sensorial (taste) testing of coffee
- Programs of regularly scheduled third party testing of coffee (physical or sensorial or both) in any form, including green, roasted, ground, or liquid
