Coffee Analysts has been providing testing and analysis services for over a decade, serving a large variety of customers, from chain operators to micro-roasters. Our senior personnel have been directly involved in the coffee business for an average of 15 years, contributed or written a number of articles for leading trade and consumer journals, made numerous public appearances, conducted "cupping" seminars, appeared on radio and TV, and served as expert witnesses in legal proceedings.

The senior staff has extensive experience in all aspects and stages of coffee production, from buying and roasting of green beans to production of the retail brew. Senior personnel education is continued through regular trips to coffee-growing countries and constant monitoring of the coffee market, scientific studies, and consumer preferences. Other Coffee Analysts staff members develop their skills through training and regular
participation in taste-testing panels.
